If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a Towelabunga! product, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins with the day you receive your order. We do not offer exchanges. CLEARANCE items are non-refundable

You are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the original order was the result of our error.

Please do not return items COD. Items returned COD will not be honored..

REFUNDS  

Only items in original packaging, and in saleable condition will be issued a credit.  Items that have been damaged by return shipping, customer use or abuse are non-refundable.

Credit Card Refunds

• Refunds for returned items will be issued after 2-4 days from the date we receive the return. Refunds will be posted to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Check Refunds

• A check issued by Towelabunga! for the refund amount will be mailed to the customer after 2-4 days from the date we receive the return.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Should you receive any products damaged in transit, please retain all original packing materials and product.  Because we have a limited amount of time to file a claim with the USPS, either contact us via email sales@Towelabunga!.com or call Towelabunga! (1-888 855-9383) within 3 days of receiving your package to report the damage, and we will instruct you of the next steps.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT  

If you discover a package has become lost in transit, please email Towelabunga! at sales@towelabunga.com to report.  After contacting USPS with reported information on your behalf, we will send you a replacement order if USPS is found negligent.
